Hi, we are Verdusco Automation.

The rich industrial legacy of Michigan inspired our creation in 2016. Today, we are a small firm with a clear mission:

Helping businesses in process and manufacturing fulfill their needs and shortages related to automation!

Our industrial automation consulting services support companies (small, medium, and big) in food and beverage, automotive, and pharmaceuticals, as well as other fields. We cover robotics, control systems, and technology integration.

Our Founder

Raul Verdusco is the founder and CEO of Verdusco Automation. He didn’t start out chasing a title. He started on the plant floor, learned the trade from the ground up, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering along the way. Lean manufacturing isn’t a buzzword to him. It’s the standard he holds every project to.

Raul became an entrepreneur because he got tired of watching companies get sold big promises and small results. He believes in getting close to the problem, understanding it fully, and fixing it the right way, not the easy way. That takes discipline. It takes showing up even when the fix is hard. That’s the mindset he brought into this business, and it’s the mindset this whole team operates on.

This company isn’t built around comfort. It’s built around doing the work, delivering real outcomes, and earning trust one project at a time. Raul set that standard. We live by it.
